At Reema Florist, every bouquet is handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

Due to the fresh, perishable, and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final with the following exceptions:

Returns

We accept returns only for defective products.

If your flowers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, if the defect is confirmed, we will provide a full refund. Returns outside of this limited scope cannot be accepted once your order has been prepared or delivered.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect item or have a quality concern (outside of damage/defect which falls under returns), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your request and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please Note:

  • We cannot guarantee replacement, exchange, or refund requests made more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • Flower variety may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal availability, but we always maintain the same style, quality, and value. These slight variations do not qualify as a defect or incorrect item.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.
